Information We Collect

What we collect

When you use BDG Win at bdgwinofficial.in.net, we collect the following categories of personal information: your name, email address, chosen username, and hashed password when you register; mobile number, date of birth, and any government-issued ID submitted for KYC verification in accordance with Indian regulatory norms; transaction reference numbers and payment method identifiers when you use PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), BHIM UPI, or net banking, we do not store full card numbers or UPI PINs, as those remain with your payment provider.

We also collect device and technical data automatically on each visit, including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URLs. Usage and behavioural data such as pages viewed, features accessed, session duration, and clickstream patterns are gathered through first-party cookies and similar technologies. The content and metadata of any support tickets, chat messages, or email enquiries you send to us are also retained. Some information is provided actively when completing our registration form; other information is collected passively as a byproduct of normal use. Declining to provide optional fields may limit access to certain platform features.

How We Use Your Information

How we use it

BDG Win uses your personal information to create and manage your account, authenticate logins, and maintain accurate records of your platform activity. For payment processing, we facilitate deposits and withdrawals through UPI-based services including PhonePe, GPay, and BHIM. Unlike traditional NEFT or IMPS bank transfers, UPI transactions settle in real time, typically within 30 seconds to 2 minutes. We retain transaction reference IDs for reconciliation and dispute resolution for up to five years, as required under Indian financial regulations.

We monitor login patterns and device fingerprints to detect unauthorised access; if your account is accessed from a new device or an IP address outside your usual region, we may trigger an additional verification step before permitting entry.

We analyse aggregated usage trends to identify performance issues and navigation drop-off points, with particular attention to low-bandwidth mobile connections common across Tier 2 and Tier 3 Indian cities. Where you have consented or where permitted by applicable law, we may send promotional updates by email or SMS; you may unsubscribe at any time via the opt-out link in any marketing message. We also use your data to meet obligations under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the IT (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules, 2011.

We do not sell personal data to advertisers or third-party data brokers. Data shared with service providers, such as payment gateways or cloud hosting partners, is governed by written data processing agreements restricting its use to the stated purpose only.

Your Rights

Your rights over your data

As a user of BDG Win, you hold meaningful rights over the personal information we hold about you. You may request access to a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete records, or request deletion of your account and associated data where no overriding legal obligation requires us to retain it. You may also withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. These rights are consistent with obligations recognised under the Information Technology (Amendment) Act and the evolving framework of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

To exercise any of these rights, submit a written request to our support team using the contact details in the section below. We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and aim to fulfil it within 30 calendar days. In cases where deletion cannot be completed immediately, for example, where transaction records must be retained for regulatory auditing, we will explain the reason and the expected retention period. If you believe your rights have not been honoured, you may escalate a complaint to India's competent data protection authority once the relevant supervisory framework is fully operational.
